A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex located in London's Belsize Park area required complete modernization to create a 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury flat for use as an investment property.

The unit was completely stripped out and our design team devised a new layout, moving the kitchen into the large living room to provide an open-plan kitchen/living space, this allowed for the construction of a new guest bedroom with en-suite shower room within the former kitchen space.

All the plumbing, central heating system including radiators were replaced, the electrical & lighting fixtures & fittings all updated, the bathrooms were fitted out with brand new sanitary ware, taps, & tiles. We then fitted a new acoustic sub-floor and engineered flooring, new joinery & ironmongery and a new fitted kitchen & worktops.

Finally all the Crittall windows were refurbished and repainted back to black to complete the design.
