A period 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mansion flat required an extensive transformation to convert it into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive rental flat in the Baker Street area in London.

Working closely with the owners some clever design and structural works were necessary to completely modernise the space. New openings, were made in several of the hallway walls and within the main bedroom to create a new ensuite bathroom. The bedroom suites then had luxury bathroom fixtures & fittings and custom designed wardrobes fitted, optimising the storage available.

The living room was completely tanked to enable the fitting of a new open plan kitchen within the room. An acoustic sub-floor was then installed in the living space and through into the full length of the hallway to allow for a fantastic oak herringbone flooring to be laid over.

Finally a made-to-measure open plan kitchen was designed, fabricated and installed using the finest welsh stone worktops.
