A 3-storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bath terraced house in St. Johns Wood London underwent extensive work to create a new basement space turning it into a 3 bedroom, 3 bath family home with ample living space.

A large structural undertaking was required to excavate an entirely new full length basement space with full width opening into the garden. Major quantities of steel were fabricated and installed to ensure the heavy loads of the new retaining walls could be met whilst also supporting the weight of the entire property above. The basement was then fully insulated and a new underfloor heating system fitted.

The remaining upper floors of the property were then fully refurbished inside & out to a high standard, providing new fixtures & fittings to the living spaces, bedrooms & bathrooms.
