A converted 3-storey maisonette with separate basement flat underwent extensive works to convert it into a deceptively large 4 bed, 4 bath family home in Maida Vale, London.
Major structural works were required within the basement to create a full width extension for the brand new bespoke kitchen diner with large glass concertina doors opening into the gardens. The garden was completely overhauled using K-render & cedar wood to make the most of the space and to compliment the interior.
The property further required an extension to the existing loft space to provide a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an opening to the half landing below to allow the formation of a beautiful new roof top terrace.
A modern interior design scheme was utilised using luxury bathroom finishes creating the wetroom look and bespoke joinery was provided to maximise bedroom and bathroom storage throughout.
