This 3 bed, 2 bath duplex flat located within a grade I listed period property in London's Regents Park, needed a completed refurbishment for use as an investment property.
Modernization of this period property was driven by Interholc's design service, working hand in hand with the client to provide a contemporary makeover.
The project included a full update of all the electrical & lighting systems, with feature built-in LED cornice lighting, the replacing of all bathroom walls & floor tiles, fixtures & fittings and creating a superb en-suite with walk-in wetroom shower. We further laid a new acoustic sub-floor in order to install the oak herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor and designed, supplied & installed a bespoke kitchen with the Silstone quartz work surfaces.
Finally a complete custom designed wardrobe unit and dressing room cupboards were designed and fitted by our team.
